Los Angeles, CA — ACES, the new Academy Color Encoding System, will be explored by a panel of experts at Cine Gear at the Sherry Lansing Theater at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on June 6 from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Titled ACES for Hands-on Filmmakers, the panel is presented by the International Cinematographers Guild (ICG, IATSE Local 600) and the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) Technology Committee, in cooperation with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS).
