New York, NY – May 26, 2015 – Adorama, one of the world’s largest photography, video, imaging and electronics retailers, is gearing up to bring its annual Sunday Family Funday Street Fair back to West 18th Street on Sunday, June 14th. For the fifth year in a row, Adorama will be transforming the NYC block into a technology festival fit for everyone in the family, with carnival games, food, prizes and raffles and technology vendors lining the street between 5th and 6th avenues.
With more than 25,000 visitors joining in the fun last year, Adorama’s fifth annual Street Fair is set to be bigger and better than ever. In addition to typical carnival activities, the fair will feature special appearances by Boomer and Carton from WFAN (12pm – 2pm) as well as NY Giants kicker Steve Weatherford (1pm – 3pm) and MLB All-Star Doc Gooden (1:30pm – 3pm). Attendees will also have a chance to meet familiar faces from AdoramaTV, with free photography and creative education workshops once again taking place under the big white tent next to the store. Adding to the excitement, Adorama will be offering extra special exclusive discounts on cameras and accessories, lighting, laptop computers, TVs, audio gear, scopes and optics, printers and office equipment, and more – only available during the fair!
