SANTA MONICA — Visual effect house ArsenalFX (www.arsenalfx.tv) has significantly expanded and bolstered its team. David Carlson has joined the studio as senior CG generalist, having held a similar role at Digital Domain. Cortney Haile has been promoted to head of operations for ArsenalFX, while Casey Conroy joined the company as VFX director.
