Avid to be delisted from Nasdaq

Shares of the audio and video software company Avid (Nasdaq: AVID) will be suspended from trading and be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market as of Tuesday. The Burlington, Mass.-based company is in the process of restating a number of financial statements in recent years, and has not filed a financial report with the SEC in more than a year.
