John Dykstra Recipient of VES Lifetime Achievement

(Los Angeles, California--October 16, 2013) Today, the Visual Effects Society (VES), the industry’s professional honorary society, named Emmy and Academy Award winning visual effects pioneer, designer, supervisor, innovator and commercial director John Dykstra as the recipient of the VES Lifetime Achievement Award. It will be presented at the 12th Annual VES Awards on February 12, 2014 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
