We recently released an update to Kollaborate Transfer that should significantly improve the speed of batch processing. Encoding behavior has been changed so that it will no longer wait for a file to finish uploading before encoding the next file in the list. Encoded files now enter a Waiting state and will start uploading immediately upon the previous upload finishing. This can reduce total queue time significantly for large batches or long videos.
