The SIM Group announced that it has entered into an agreement to merge with Post Factory NY, one of New York City’s largest independent providers of postproduction services. The move will significantly enhance the SIM Group’s East Coast presence. The company’s Bling Digital unit recently opened a new facility in Brooklyn, offering dailies, off-line editorial and finishing services.
