Okay, let’s talk about basic editing in Premiere Pro CC, as there are a few ways to get clips into your timeline. We’ve covered the most basic way, simply drag and drop. The problem with this method is that you haven’t been specific about what, exactly, it is that you want to show in your shot. This is where marking in and out points will come into play. That, combined with three different ways to actually edit, will get you up and running the way you want to cut.
