I often give these lectures, and thought that I might share one of them here with you. The program is broken down into two parts, and each section runs about 30 minutes. The total is shorter than I usually speak, but there were time constraints on this presentation. My lectures usually tend to run 90 minutes and can go as long as 2 hours.
