LOS ANGELES — The Visual Effects Society (www.visualeffectssociety.com) has announced VFX producer and founding VES member Toni Pace Carstensen as the recipient of the 2017 VES Founders Award. The Society also designated Chuck Finance, visual effects producer and longstanding member of the VES Awards Committee, with a Lifetime VES Membership, and Bob Burns, legendary VFX archivist and practitioner, with an Honorary VES Membership.
